Trump revokes Biden courthouse protections and directs ICE to arrest anyone removable regardless of location

On his first day in office, President Trump signed executive orders and directed DHS to revoke the Mayorkas Memo and all Biden-era sensitive location guidance. DHS Secretary Kristi Noem directed ICE to treat all removable people as enforcement priorities regardless of location, including immigration courts, schools, and hospitals. DHS issued a statement calling courthouse arrests "common sense" enforcement.
