DOJ indicts Maduro and 14 Venezuelan officials for narco-terrorism, offering $15 million bounty

Attorney General William Barr announced a federal indictment in the Southern District of New York charging Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro and 14 current and former officials with narco-terrorism, conspiracy to import cocaine, and possession of weapons in furtherance of a drug-trafficking crime. The indictment alleged Maduro worked with FARC guerrillas to "flood" the United States with cocaine. The State Department offered a $15 million reward for information leading to his arrest.
