Schumer drops four Biden circuit court nominees in deal with Senate Republicans

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer agreed to stop pushing four of President Biden's circuit court nominees, Adeel Mangi, Ryan Park, Julia Lipez, and Karla Campbell, in exchange for clearing more than a dozen district judges before Trump took office. Schumer's office said the four lacked the votes. Republicans dropped the procedural delays that had slowed the trial-court confirmations.
