Stewart Rhodes convicted of seditious conspiracy

A federal jury convicts Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes of seditious conspiracy for his role in plotting the January 6 attack. Rhodes is the first January 6 defendant convicted of seditious conspiracy, a rare charge akin to treason that carries a maximum 20-year sentence. Jurors also convict Kelly Meggs, Jessica Watkins, Kenneth Harrelson, and Thomas Caldwell of related charges. The trial shows evidence of the group's military-style planning and weapons stockpiling.
