Heritage Foundation Publishes Project 2025 Mandate for Leadership

The Heritage Foundation released the 920-page Mandate for Leadership: The Conservative Promise as the policy core of Project 2025. Heritage president Kevin Roberts coordinated more than 100 partner organizations including the Center for Renewing America, America First Legal, and the Claremont Institute. Documented reporting later showed donor networks linked to the Coors, Koch, Uihlein, Scaife, Seid, and Bradley families had channeled over $120 million into Project 2025 advisory groups since 2020.
