Albanese family sues Trump administration over UN rapporteur sanctions

Francesca Albanese''s husband and daughter, both U.S.-connected, filed a federal lawsuit challenging the Treasury sanctions imposed on the UN Special Rapporteur. The suit argued the sanctions were an unconstitutional effort to punish Albanese for speech critical of U.S. policy on Israel, violating the First Amendment.
