House passes bipartisan DHS funding bill ending partial shutdown except ICE/CBP

The House votes to approve Senate-passed legislation funding all DHS agencies for FY2026 except ICE and CBP. The measure ends a 74-day partial shutdown for TSA, Coast Guard, Secret Service, FEMA, and other agencies. (House Committee on Appropriations, Apr. 30, 2026)
