House and Senate adopt budget resolution for $70 billion ICE and CBP reconciliation package

Both chambers passed a budget resolution instructing their respective committees to draft final legislation providing $70 billion for ICE and CBP operations through the end of Trump's term. The measure allows Republicans to bypass the 60-vote filibuster threshold.
