America First Policy Institute launches with $20M budget

Former Trump administration officials launched the America First Policy Institute as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a roughly $20 million first-year budget. Brooke Rollins, Trump's former Domestic Policy Council director, served as president and CEO; former economic adviser Larry Kudlow was vice chair and Linda McMahon chaired the board. AFPI was designed to preserve Trump-era policy and personnel pipelines outside government before the 2024 election cycle.
