James Camacho Moylan is a Guamanian politician and U.S. Army veteran who serves as Guam's delegate to the U.S. House of Representatives. First elected in 2022 as the first Republican to hold Guam's congressional seat in nearly 30 years, Moylan won reelection in November 2024 with 52.69% of the vote. Before entering Congress, Moylan served two terms in the Guam Legislature (35th and 36th) from 2019 to 2023, worked as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army, served as a parole officer for the Guam Department of Corrections, and built over two decades of private-sector experience in healthcare, financial services, and insurance.
