Kathryn Christine "Kat" Cammack is a Republican U.S. Representative serving Florida's 3rd Congressional District, covering 12 counties in North Central Florida. Born February 16, 1988, in Denver, Colorado, she grew up on a cattle ranch and earned a B.A. in International Relations from Metropolitan State University of Denver and an M.S. in National Defense and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College. Before Congress, she served as Deputy Chief of Staff for Rep. Ted Yoho from 2013 to 2019. First elected in 2020 as the youngest Republican woman in Congress at the time, she won her third term in 2024. She serves on the Agriculture and Energy & Commerce committees, chairs the Emerging Tech Task Force on AI, quantum computing, and biotech, and co-founded the Republican Women's Caucus with Sen. Katie Britt in 2025.
