Alfred A. Knopf published Nobody's Girl on October 21, 2025, six months after Giuffre died by suicide on April 25, 2025, at age 41
Co-author Amy Wallace completed the manuscript with Giuffre in fall 2024; Giuffre explicitly wished for it to be published regardless of her circumstances
The memoir alleges Giuffre was sexually abused by her father Sky Roberts Sr. starting at age 7, and that he may have taken money from Epstein
Giuffre describes being trafficked by Epstein and Maxwell to numerous prominent men, including three sexual encounters with Prince Andrew beginning March 10, 2001, when she was 17
The US edition claims Giuffre was raped by a 'well-known Prime Minister' while the UK edition refers only to a 'former minister'
Giuffre alleges Epstein and Maxwell attempted to use her as a surrogate mother for a planned baby, and describes an ectopic pregnancy in July 2001 while being trafficked
Publisher Knopf negotiated with Giuffre's family (her brothers and their wives) over the memoir's portrayal of her marriage to Robert Giuffre, adding a foreword by Amy Wallace contextualizing changes in her life since the manuscript was completed
King Charles III stripped Andrew of all titles including Prince and Duke of York in October 2025 and evicted him from Royal Lodge after the memoir's publication and new evidence emerged
On February 19, 2026, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office — the first senior British royal arrested in nearly 400 years
The arrest stemmed from allegations that Andrew shared confidential UK government reports with Epstein detailing trips to Singapore, China, Hong Kong, and Vietnam in 2010-2011 while serving as trade envoy
