Trump refuses to certify Iran deal and announces four-pillar strategy

In a major White House address, Trump refused to certify Iran's JCPOA compliance and announced a four-pillar strategy. The strategy includes counter destabilizing activity, impose additional sanctions, address missile proliferation, and deny all paths to a nuclear weapon. He imposed terrorism-related sanctions on the IRGC under E.O. 13224 but did not withdraw from the JCPOA, instead kicking the matter to Congress with a 60-day window.
